What to expect with Bodymind coaching
The process of release is simple, repeatable and effective. It includes identifying and listening to the pauses between the notes of your narration.

We give time and space for your heart and mind to allow emotions to come through. Your body is queen. Your physiological responses map the road for the day.
I follow the cues. Moment by moment, you will come home to yourself. From that place, you will be able to inhabit your body more fully, and can choose to use it as a navigational tool in life.
At your own pace, you get to embody your words and feelings. Together, we are able to connect the dots within your Bodymind.
Tension dissipates and vanishes. Instead, a sense of ease and Wholeness takes over. You have the tools to access that state on your own.
Each session is unique depending on your needs for that day. It may include a body scan and simple movement. Body-centered coaching gives your body, heart and mind an opportunity to stop, let go, let down, and heal.
Sessions are 1-hour-long over Zoom, in the comfort of your home, or office.
